Asteto Dent Labs guarantees your work to be made to your Rx specifications and fit the working models.
For any possible remakes: send back your original models and restorations so that the case may be evaluated. Your case will be remade at no cost to you.
What is covered: Repair or replacement of prosthesis.
What is not covered: Cash refund for prosthesis, cost incurred for removal or insertion, repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supporting tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene, incidental or consequential damages including inconvenience, lost wages or pain and suffering.
Lifetime warranty from delivery date in effect as long as patient adheres to a minimum semi-annual dental maintenance program in the office of the licensed practicing dentist. Full and Partial Dentures must be relined as recommended by the attending dentist by Asteto Dent Labs. Other requirement is that Doctor must be a monthly Asteto Laboratory client in current standing.
